HOW TO USE:

Ingredients:

• 2g-3g Matcha powder

• 30 ml hot water (65-80°C) - be sure to not use water that’s too hot. Colder water makes the matcha milder and less bitter.

Instructions:

Add 2g-3g of HAKKŌ matcha powder to a bowl (chawan). Pour in 30 ml of hot water. Whisk using our bamboo whish (chasen) until all the powder is dissolved. Top with hot or iced milk/water of your choice. Enjoy!

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening to maintain a smoother taste and vibrant color.
