ABOUT HAKKŌ
Hakkō is Aarhus's first matcha specialty café, where Japanese craft meets Scandinavian restraint. We work exclusively with our own first harvest matcha, treating it with the same seriousness as great coffee or wine. Our in-house sourdough bakery backs that up.We're looking for baristas with heart and the confidence to work independently. At Hakkō, the role goes beyond the bar, every interaction is part of how a guest experiences the space, from their first order to their last sip. Care, consistency, and awareness matter at every step. We want people who move well at pace, take pride in what they serve, and can talk about first harvest matcha and freshly baked sourdough like they mean it, because they do.
